Ingredients
- 10 grams of dried hibiscus petals
- 1 liter cold water
- Sweetener : raisin juice to taste
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or glass container pour in 1 liter of cold water over the petals.
- Place it in the refrigerator to steep for at least 6-12 hours or overnight.
- Strain the tea into a clean pitcher, leaving you with the vibrant, red hibiscus tea concentrate.
- If desired, sweeten the tea by adding juice.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cold brew hibiscus tea over the ice.
