Ingredients

  • 10 grams of dried hibiscus petals
  • 1 liter cold water
  • Sweetener : raisin juice to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or glass container pour in 1 liter of cold water over the petals.
  2. Place it in the refrigerator to steep for at least 6-12 hours or overnight.
  3. Strain the tea into a clean pitcher, leaving you with the vibrant, red hibiscus tea concentrate.
  4. If desired, sweeten the tea by adding juice.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cold brew hibiscus tea over the ice.

Notes

Store any remaining tea in the refrigerator for a few days, making sure to cover it to maintain freshness.
