Salted chocolate tahini date truffles are little bites of chocolate heaven. They require one three simple wholesome ingredients: tahini, cocoa powder and dates. They are vegan and freezer friendly. I prefer Medjool dates as they are plumper, juicier and have a rich caramel flavor.

Ingredients
- 100 grams pitted medjool dates
- 50 grams tahini
- 2.5 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until it forms a thick dough.
- Roll into about balls of 10 g each and place in the fridge for a couple hours to set.
- Roll the balls in cacao powder,
- Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
