Date Tahini Truffle – quick and easy with just 3 ingredients

Salted chocolate tahini date truffles are little bites of chocolate heaven. They require one three simple wholesome ingredients: tahini, cocoa powder and dates. They are vegan and freezer friendly. I prefer Medjool dates as they are plumper, juicier and have a rich caramel flavor.

Can't believe they're vegan salted chocolate tahini date truffles

Ingredients

  • 100 grams pitted medjool dates
  • 50 grams tahini
  • 2.5 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until it forms a thick dough.
    2. Roll into about balls of 10 g each and place in the fridge for a couple hours to set.
    3. Roll the balls in cacao powder,
    4. Store in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
