Apple Crumble

Ingredients
For the filling:
- 4 apples (about 1 kg)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the crumble topping:
- 100g flour
- 100g cold butter
- 50g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, make the crumble topping by combining all ingredients. Use your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside in the fridge.
- Cut and transfer the apples to the baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
